The Customer Success team is all about supporting Tricent users through onboarding and beyond. We’re on the frontline of any feedback, and we always put the customer first.
Our goal is to make sure all of our users are getting the most out of every feature available in the Tricent product, and that they have a good time doing it.
We work mostly from the Copenhagen office, sometimes at home. We’re a pretty close knit team - we tend to have lunch together every day, and will absolutely make a big deal out of each other’s birthdays.
