I am an action-oriented leader with a background in software engineering and founding new projects on a steady basis. I know that in order to succeed you also have to try a lot of things, and a lot of times you fail. But that's OK, as long as you learn from it. So in my leadership style I emphasize action and will support almost any notion that brings us forward and that can help you learn. I'm honest if I need anything to be done a specific way, but usually I keep every door open and will let my people do their work in the ways that play to their strengths.

I have a big old house that I do regular repairs on, and a family with 3 kids, so there's plenty of stuff to keep me busy outside of work! I do like to stay busy though and it seems that every year I pick up a new hobby, which keeps me learning. At the moment I like to do beer brewing and playing the drums.
