I’m a people driven leader, with more than 25 years in sales and leadership. My main leadership principles revolve around empowerment, loyalty, motivation and honesty. I always strive to ensure full alignment and transparency on goals and KPI's, so everyone is fully up to date on their own and the team's successes. In my spare time I enjoy tennis, travelling, music  and spending as much time with family and friends as possible.
